The Church of St James, Curry Mallet serves an Anglican parish in the Somerset village of Curry Mallet, near Taunton. It remains within the Seven Sowers group of parishes, under the deanery serving Crewkerne and Ilminster. The building is recognised nationally for its exceptional historic and architectural importance through its Grade I listing.
Originating in the thirteenth century, the church is also recorded as being dedicated to All Saints. Its tower rises through three distinct levels, with carved stone figures of animals known as hunky punks adorning the exterior. Within the building stands a font made during the fifteenth century, providing a notable surviving feature from the later medieval period.
