Northwood Parish Church is a Church of England parish church in the Cowes area of the Isle of Wight. Dedicated to St John the Baptist, it stands on Chawton Lane, east of the road linking Newport and Cowes and about 400 metres south of Northwood village. The church remains in parish use and is protected as a Grade I listed building.
Dating from around 1150, the church is medieval in origin. It underwent substantial restoration during the middle decades of the nineteenth century. A timber tower and dormer window were removed in 1864, and the wider programme of work concluded in 1874. Earlier elements survive, including the Norman arch above the southern entrance and a pulpit dating from the Jacobean period. The church has a single bell, installed in 1875.
