St Mary & All Saints, Holcot is the Church of England parish church serving Holcot, Northampton, Northamptonshire. It occupies a site on the western side of Main Street and remains in parish use. The church is protected as a Grade I listed building. Holcot shares a united benefice with Brixworth, while each parish continues to have its own church.
A priest was recorded at Holcot in the Domesday survey of 1086, suggesting an established Christian presence, although no church building was specifically documented. The present church dates principally from the 13th and 14th centuries, with construction associated with around 1250. It comprises a nave with aisles to the north and south, a chancel and a tower at the western end. Restoration work was undertaken in 1845 and again in 1889. Parish records survive from 1559, with the older volumes held by Northamptonshire Record Office.
