Holy Trinity in Clasketgate Church was a medieval church in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. It stood within the city centre, the historic and cultural district extending along the High Street. The church no longer survives and is recorded among several former places of worship demolished in this central part of Lincoln.
Its medieval origins place it within the long history of worship in the city centre. It belonged to a wider group of lost medieval churches there, alongside those dedicated to St Cuthbert, St George, St Lawrence, St Edmund, St Stephen and All Saints. Although the surrounding centre retains numerous historic religious buildings, the church itself was demolished, and no architectural features, construction materials, furnishings or later restoration work are recorded in the available account.
