The Church of St Mary is a Church of England parish church on Paddington Green in London, within the Parish of Little Venice. Positioned where Harrow Road meets Edgware Road, it lies in the Paddington Green conservation area near the Westway and Marylebone Flyover. The church is protected as a Grade II* listed building.
Completed as the third church on this site, the present Georgian building was commissioned in 1788 and consecrated three years later. John Plaw designed it with a Greek-cross plan, using yellow London stock bricks with contrasting white stone details. Alterations made during the nineteenth century were largely reversed by Raymond Erith in the early 1970s. His restoration returned the chancel to its earlier arrangement, introduced box pews to the nave and relocated the organ to the western end. Its case commemorates Erith. Monuments inside remember local figures including sculptor Joseph Nollekens and dictionary compiler Peter Mark Roget.
