St Botolph's is an active Church of England parish church on Chapel Street in Knottingley, West Yorkshire. Dedicated to St Botolph, it forms part of the Diocese of Leeds and the Archdeaconry of York. The church is protected as a Grade II listed building.
A Saxon chapel is thought to have occupied the site, although the earliest documented church was Norman and dated from 1119 to 1121. It was established through the support of Robert de Lacy and monks from Pontefract. Much of the present building dates from rebuilding undertaken between 1750 and 1756. Constructed from magnesian limestone, with rendered nave and chancel walls, it has a slate-covered pitched roof and a four-bay nave in a restrained classical style. The four-stage western tower was added in 1873, while the chancel was rebuilt in 1886. Further alterations followed in 1888, and the tower was renovated in 1995.
