The Church of St Margaret, Westhorpe is an active Church of England parish church in Cotton, Suffolk, serving the parish of Westhorpe. It belongs to the Badwell and Walsham Benefice. The church is protected at Grade I, recognising its exceptional historic and architectural importance.

Built in 1350, the church dates from the medieval period. Among its notable features are two seventeenth-century memorials to members of the Barrow family. One commemorates the lawyer William Barrow and his wives, Francis Wingfield and Elizabeth Daundy. The other is dedicated to Maurice Barrow, who lived from about 1597 or 1598 until 1666 and was the son of William Barrow and Elizabeth Daundy.
