Prestwick South Parish Church stands in southern Prestwick, South Ayrshire, Scotland. It was a Church of Scotland parish within the Presbytery of Ayr and is protected as a Category B listed property. In April 2025, its congregation joined with nearby Monkton and Prestwick North Church. The united congregation is known as Monkton and Prestwick Trinity Church. At the time of the union, the congregation had no minister and was beginning the process of seeking one.
The church was built in 1882 and served the southern part of Prestwick for more than 140 years before the 2025 union. Its listed designation recognises the building’s special architectural or historic interest.
