About Church of All Saints, Billockby

The Church of All Saints, Billockby is a Church of England place of worship near Billockby and Fleggburgh in the Great Yarmouth area of Norfolk. Although partly ruinous, its porch and chancel remain in regular use. Worship takes place at 9 am on each month’s fourth Sunday between Easter and September. The church is protected as a Grade II listed building.

Dating from the 15th century, the church suffered serious damage when a storm brought down the nave roof on 15 July 1762. Its Perpendicular nave and tower now stand in ruins. The nave was built from knapped flint and retains large window openings with surviving fragments of tracery. The chancel was already being used in 1762 and underwent restoration in 1872.
